an ode to the injured and uninjured



if you're on the injured list - pay no mind
and we'll think thoughts that are only kind,
and trust you heal and your running be fine
and you are back with us in no jig time.,
But if you're not, then wipe the snot,
and get back out to where you ought,
Get those sneakers all laced up tight
get back to running with all your might.
