Core strengthening class

EXERCISE YOUR CORE IN THE EARLY MORNING

The UNB Fitness & Lifestyle Assessment centre is offering a new 5 week program designed to improve function, strength and tone of core muscles.

The CORE-Operate program will educate you on how to properly engage and train your core stabilizing muscles. This program is suitable for those with chronic low back pain, repetitive sprain/strain injuries to the low back, or for those who wish to have a healthier, stronger core.

The program will be held on Tuesday mornings from 7 a.m to 7:45 a.m. in the LB Gym Dance Studio. The program begins Jan. 26.

Register online at campusrec.unbf.ca or in person at the Campus Recreation office Monday-Friday 9 - 1 pm; 2:15 - 4 pm with cash or cheque.
